Hi all, I went to the KeyMe booth in a Kroger at West Chester. Got 2 paid keys and 1 free. Unfortunately, 1 of the 3 keys didn't work, while another one was barely fitting inside the keyhole of the car. After I received an email asking me how were the keys doing, I replied with the issue above and immediately received a refund for 2 keys. So even if the keys don't work, don't worry you can communicate with them for help. Thank you!

I had to have special key types scanned to their custom location for mail shipping. I fully expected them to take forever and miscut them. Pleasantly surprised with the quality and speed of service.

I had to wait a long time to get my keys done (not surprising, though, as this takes a long time), only to have the last few copies not work. However, as I was trying to figure out what to do, I checked my email, and to my surprise, KeyMe had already emailed me to notify me that they knew, and were instantly processing the refund for the keys that were not finished.When I tested out 1 of the 2 keys that I had made copies of, 1 worked perfectly. The 2nd one, however, got stuck in the door, and I almost couldn't get it out.
