We had a shower leak, I should say a down pour, we were anxious about it, I am on oxygen 24 /7 and to add more stress to the situation was well, stressful. I called a repair company, they came out wanted 1800.00 to fix. We are both retired so no way. I went through my folder from Improve It, discovered there was a lifetime warranty on my bathroom remodel. We were surprised and grateful. I called and they came out within the hour, fixed it and we have our water back on. Thank you so much, and a special thanks to Richard. The Huddlestons.
Richard was very professional and courteous. He was able to fix the problem efficiently and explained the process, as he went. Companies have to have great service people; otherwise, their products are worthless. That's why I gave Richard five stars.
We had all the windows in our house replaced several months ago. Everyone from the salesman to the installer was so professional and knowledgeable. The windows are great and my utility bill has been down a lot. We had a piece come loose the other day. I called ImproveIt and they had someone come out the next day no questions asked. Even though the part had just come loose, they replaced it with a new one to be on the safe side. This company is amazing. I was skeptical at first but they delivered on all fronts.
