When signing up for this company they do not give any instructions on payment, it is not listed on their website nor their invoices. This has been the WORST experience with customer service ever. We never even got to use theITV service and they keep billing us 6 months later for something we never used. Every single month I’ve had to waste my time calling them and being assured it’s taken care of and its not! Totally incompetent! Just giving others a heads up what to expect from them. Beware

Never have I ever met a company that does not care about their patients. I simply gave them a recommendation and never heard back from them. I feel used about writing how great they are..Never again!!!
