What am awesone way to turn a low impact workout into a challenging total body workout in 20 minutes. With your major muscles constantly working with intensity makes to gel like you are working double time. I felt challenged and my muscle were fatigue after the workout! The one on one trainers are knowledgeable about fitness when you have physical disabilities so that you don't injured yourself. I have back problems and weakness to my leg...I and was able to complete a full workout while focusing on my weaknesses and problem areas!
I’ve been doing this for almost 2 years and have brought in half a dozen others. The workouts are beneficially impactful on muscle density, cardio, subcutaneous fat reduction and joint pain. Omar, the owner, and his staff are engaging, flexible and tailor workouts to each person. I strongly recommend Fitopia to anyone either with time constraints or are looking to get stronger, healthier and in the best overall shape of their lives! Oh and the workouts are strenuous but are fun as well.
