“I had a dental emergency when a tooth/crown came off at the gum line, and my dentist was unavailable. His staff arranged for me to be seen by Dr. Flannery or someone in his practice. I could get in the next day, and was seen by Dr. Ceasar Silbak. No wait when I arrived. Very friendly staff. Dr. Silbak examined me and my x-rays, and carefully explained my options. Because that tooth had a prior root canal, there was no danger of infection. I am pain-free, and he reassured me I was not in any danger, and could wait until my dentist was available before deciding on next steps.“

“I’ve been looking for a new dentist for awhile now and have been avoiding calling this specific office because of the reviews, but one day I decided to give them a chance and build my own opinion on them and am so glad I did!! when I called and asked about the office I was able to speak with a sweet lady (her name was jaylen) and she was the absolute best!! she was the sweetest thing and helped me set up my appointment and made sure I had all the forms done prior. Then when I came in for my appointment I was appalled with how sweet the staff was (due to the reviews). I was immediately greeted when I walked in by 2 ladies that I later found out was jaylen who I spoke with prior and the other was the office manager (I can’t remeber her name). I got the pleasure
of seeing Dr.Patan and her assistant (I don’t want to misspell her name but it started with an E I think and she was a little shorter). I was worried about seeing that specific doctor because they told me I would be using out of network benefits but the front ladies had already looked into my insurance plan prior to my appointment and informed me their would be no difference in coverage but the Doctor was as sweet as can be. I was also kind of concerned at the fact that a doctor was doing my
cleaning because i’ve never had a doctor clean my teeth but throughout the appointment she was so so gentle and sweet. If she found any cavities or concerning areas she would take the time
to show me and explain why she wanted to do the treatment (which bonus point she did it all in one day!!) and when I was finished the same lady (jaylen) checked me out and her manager made sure the payment was okay with me and was also very helpful! All the ladies there were beyond helpful. In conclusion i’m so glad I decided to form my own opinion on this office because I will definitely be coming back!!!“
