If you care at all about your clothes, DO NOT take to so called "deluxe cleaners". We thought the cleaner was knowledgeable and familiar with high end fabrics/clothing/linens. Oh contraire....she ....and I say she because she is the owner ...and responsible for the care of customers fine clothing and linens. She shrank multiple Tory Burch Sweaters of mine, shredded several of my husband's $300 shirts and shrank multiple French and Italian table cloths of mine from Elizabeth Grace. Wanted to give her a chance. BUT omg...horrible!!Hope you will take head and not let that woman's dysfunctional so called dry cleaner touch what you want... read full review

On the façade of Deluxe Cleaners, it reads, "Alterations Expert". This is the bold-faced lie I will be reviewing.Took my linen/cotton blend pants in to repair a small tear. Was told, "That's so small, she won't even charge you!" and "The repair will be so well done, you won't even see it!" Sounded promising, right?Never received a call the day it was promised on the receipt, swung by the store, was told "there was a delay" and given no other information. This was a bit concerning, I was was leaving in a few days out of state, and needed the pants. But, I trusted the process.The day before flying out of state, never... read full review

Deluxe Cleaners stole from me! I had 9 hoodies dry cleaned and only got 8 of them back. The hoodie that was stolen was a brand new Lacoste hoodie that cost me $104. I went back and forth with the manager for 3 months, I sent them the receipt, proof of purchase, etc., and they refused to compensate me for my property. I do not recommend Deluxe Cleaners!
