I was a recent patient at the Apex Urgent care in West Chester, ohio on November 8th, 2024 and let me tell you, they have the friendliest staff and Dr. Alex is a great genuine Dr. I recommend this clinic to anyone. 5 stars indeed...thanks guys. :)
I cannot recommend Apex enough- from the kind front desk, to meeting with nurses/assistants, to eventually seeing the PA/NP, they are EXCELLENT and thorough! It’s so nice to actually be listened to. It is always clean and I can always count on being seen in a timely manner.
Our nurse Derek was so friendly and kind, he really put my daughter at ease. He was very quick, efficient and thorough. Dr. Hobbs was excellent as well. The facility is so clean and comfortable. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Will definitely be coming back next time we are in need!
