the veterinarian that performed the surgery on my dog is good communicator who answered all my questions regarding her surgery and recovery. the dental schedular was able to find a cancellation appoint for the surgery in a timely manner. all the front desk staff that i spoke with friendly and knowledgeable. the clinic is clean and well organized.
Twin Maples is a great place for animal care. All of the staff were helpful and caring. Dr. Clouse fixed Frankie's knees. Throughout the process he explained the procedures every step of the way and made us feel Frankie's care was his first priority. Known a few veterinarians, and I coauthored a book on Veterinarians with a professor. Twin Maples is a great place with great people.
I have a long history of advocating for animals and do not take the care of my own animals lightly (like so many of us!). That being said, I have been a client of Twin Maples for nearly 20 years and, without missing a beat, would highly recommend this outstanding place of business. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, hard-working, accommodating, unpretentious and HONEST. The care here is unprecedented and the medicine progressive: SO grateful for this hospital that provides me so much peace of mind and my pets quality care.
