I had a leak show up in our house. I did not know if it was the roof, window or siding. I called D&G, who does it all. Day 1 I met with Lucas, very friendly and knowledgeable in his craft. At the first inspection of possible cause, we could not immediately find the problem. Lucas assured me not to worry and they could fix it. Pretty confident statement when not knowing what the problem was, I like it. There was a follow up appointment with Lucas and Matt (operations manager). Our project coordinator Lucas Vance did an excellent job explaining the work to be done and providing job cost. The installation crew worked hard and quickly. Their work was high quality.
Great first time roofing replacement experience with D&G. Preston was my project manager and he was knowledgeable and courteous throughout the whole process. The inspection was thorough as was the bid presentation, and my replacement was scheduled even earlier than estimated. Crews did a nice job cleaning up. Hopefully my roofing story ends forever here at this house, but would recommend them to anyone needing these services.
