I was helping my mom at her house, and noticed her fire extinguisher's pressure was below the safe zone on the meter. I talked to Joe and he told me he would be at his office this PM. Looking at the unit, he let me know that the extinguisher I had was on recall, and sold me a new extinguisher at a real good price. He also was knowledgeable and let me know if I have the correct equipment for my mother's house, and I did, didn't recommend to get a larger one. Polite and honest and enjoyed talking with him. I have worked with Mr. Leonardi on numerous occasions at many of my businesses. The vast knowledge, especially knowing the Ohio Fire Code has keep me from any liability issues or concerns. He knows my facilities and the location of my extinguishers, which saves me on labor due to the fact I don,t need any one to escort him thru the buildings. I also like the fact of helping out small business owners. I really encourage everyone to give Joe a call!!! I would be willing to bet he answers the phone personally.
