I discovered that my basement was flooding at 6 am from a failed sump pump. My Plumber recommended Mike's group. By 11am their crew was at my home helping me to move furniture. They pulled the padding and the basement was dried quickly. He communicated with the insurance company and worked to get me the best solution for flooring in the basement. They put the heavy furniture back when they were finished. His contractors were polite and trustworthy and the whole experience was super! Would highly recommend their services rather than the big franchises for water restoration.
Mike was top notch and thorough after basement water invasion!! He took excellent care of us, punctual and responsive! His crew worked hard and fast to save our brand new carpet. He measured moisture levels, dried out our basement in 4 days, removed and replaced carpet padding, steam cleaned and replaced baseboards! Very impressive and affordable.
