“I wish all of my experiences with home related repairs and services were as good as they have been with R&W. They kept my old Carrier A/C going for a long time. The time finally came when it was no longer worthwhile to put more money into stringing it along. Service tech Steve (he's excellent) called Kent who came out that very day to provide an estimate for the replacement of the unit. My wife and I talked it over and decided to go with the new unit. From the day we notified Kent of our decision to proceed, the installation was scheduled for the following week and the entire central air system was fully installed and functional when promised. I can't say enough about Kent and the installation team. Everything went smoothly. I was a bit surprised that the installers were such young guys. These guys are hard working self starters. These guys know what they're doing and there's no nonsense. Kent showed up several times and worked right along with these guys. Teamwork at it's best. At the time of this writing it's the end of May. We've already had a few hot days. We're so happy to have taken care of this replacement in timely manner as the super hot days of June, July and August are right around the corner.
