Zero guarantee for their work! Will look for any reason they can to blame the client then completely act like you don't exist! Once you pay their fee, you're on your own! Left me holding the bag for $2,000 that they missed then stopped returning my calls and emails. The absolute worst case scenario, shouldn't have a license!
