UNPROFESSIONAL AND DOESN'T ACCEPT CARESOURCE OR MOLINA INSURANCE. I called to get appointments made for my children and they have Care source and Molina insurance. They said that they stoped accepting these insurances. I proceed to ask if they knew any other place that would accept them, I was told all stop accepting about the same time they did. So what is the point of having insurance no one's will accept but a select few? Oh and when they answered they thought I was a co worker that was still messing with her, you have all this time goofing off, instead of helping kids or people that need this service offered. I rate their customer service satisfaction a zero. I received my new glasses and there was a gap between the frame and lenses on one side. When I complained I was told this was normal. It did not look normal. It made them look cheap like they were bought from the dollar tree. They were an 8 hundred dollar pair which I still paid over 3 hundred for after insurance. They refused to do anything to make me satisfied with my purchase. I was told there was nothing they could do and I had to keep them just as they were. It was very upsetting. I am sure most of the time there is no problem with their eyewear but on those occasions when there is a problem you will not get a satisfactory solution to your problem. You will not get any solution at all. I will never go there again nor would I recommend them to anyone else. The doctor was great but that was all that was good. Do not buy your eyewear there or you may end up like me with an expensive pair of eyeglasses that end up in a drawer and never worn. Even though they do not accept my insurance in the future I will return to wal mart where you are guaranteed customer satisfaction and you get it
