They always do a good job. Every time I need them they always come same day or next day. My most recent problem was cooling unit they did a good job installing it. Thank you keep up the good work
Needed a new furnace and AC unit to replace an aging system. Provided a detail estimate with the days of my request. They completed the total replacement installation in less than two days. The technicians, Caleb and Scott, did an excellent job both with the removal of the old equipment, the installation of the new equipment and with the cleanup when the job was done. The techs took time to answer all my questions and my wife was happy with the care they took around the gardens when replacing the A/C unit.
We bought a house in 2023. Went through a mild winter and felt our current system wasn’t working very efficiently. I spoke with 7 different contractors and got 7 quotes for similar amounts. HL Fraas was the only contractor to pull out a tape measure and get into the dirty spaces to fully understand the problem. The other contractors provided a vague estimate with average type equipment. HL Fraas provided a detailed plan with their installer present and high quality equipment (Trane). The installation took ~3 weeks with the installer effectively becoming part of the family. The new setup is awesome! The systems work very quietly. The house is the same consistent temperature wherever you go! I’m not excited about winter but look forward to see how the new system works.
