Christina is amazing and a master of her craft. Since starting at Glass City Pilates, my mobility has markedly improved and I have achieved more mental clarity. Christina's Somatic pilates classes take the mind-body experience to a completely different level! A perfect way to end the day! The studio is also very calming and relaxing!
