The owner performed the estimate and spent time answering all our questions. The work was performed on time, at the price set in the written estimate, and was well done. “Weatherseal installed our windows about 7 years ago. They did a great job!! They also put a deck on our back patio. Although the deck didn't quite live up to our standards they rectified the problem and went out there way to make it right!! Bill the manager was extremely helpful and really knows customer service!! He’s hands on with his homes and visits multiple times a day to make sure everything is going according to plan. “This is the first landlord I have rented through that actually seems to care about their tenants. We had a problem with our gas oven not turning off and turning on by itself due it literally just being old. We called and Steve was there within 15 minutes and we had a brand new oven within 2 business days. They are always so pleasant over the phone and when we go in to the office to pay our rent. The woman who works at the office asked me how our cats were when we went in to pay the rent and asked us if we had any concerns that needed needed addressed. They just really care about their tenants and want to make sure everything is in proper working order! I would DEFINITELY recommend them to anyone looking to rent in BG!“
