After the many years of virtually no issues requiring a service call we had a chlorine generator start to fail. Talked to Tony at the office and he helped me walk through a process to help diagnose the potential issue.
Tony recommended they bring out a chlorinator and make a service call, this was set for the very next day, I appreciated the fact that if it was unrepairable Buckeye would have the replacement part ready to install, plus by having it done by them, we would have a full year warranty, which was explained at the onset

I called Buckeye after someone else had opened our pool this year. The pool was black, it hadn't been opened in 2 years, and we had never owned a pool. Tony was very responsive and willing to answer all my questions. It took some time to get on their schedule for a pool cleaning, but it was sooner than I expected. Their team was out to our house multiple times and every person I interacted with was professional, kind, and efficient. They exceeded any expectations I had. During the last visit, the technician walked me through everything I needed to know to maintain our pool.
