* The installation of my furnace and central air unit was fine- however, the contractors failed to pull the required permits to do the install, after researching they nor Sears/Transform Home Improvement are not listed as general contractors with the city in which I reside. So now I'm stuck with a home improvement that I know I overpaid for, but also that's not listed on file as a home improvement however, I will not let this slide by and be forgotten about.

I really like my new floor. The guys did a great job and I am well pleased. They were friendly and one could sure tell they knew what they were doing. I would recommend them to others. A very nice job, well done !
