The technician was professional and courteous. I was able to be notified when he was coming so I could miss as little work as possible. I was only away from work 45 minutes because of the notification and his prompt, expert service. Thank you for your great service.

Our furnace went out just when winter hit- of course. Thompson Mechanical came out the same day and gave us a quote. They were able to replace our entire unit only a couple of days later! Everyone was friendly and professional. I would hands down recommend this company to anyone with heating or cooling issues!!!
