Coach Bundy is a skilled instructor who teaches in a way that is beneficial for everyone, and his team, including Miss Katie, Mr Chris, Mr Frank, and Miss Stephanie, provide encouragement and support. The academy has helped students develop better focus, confidence, and self-defense skills, and has even taught valuable life lessons about being a better person and mentally tough.
