I gave them 4 out of 5. I have to say I was not a happy camper when I visit Mays. No fault of the towing company. See my car was stolen from a motel in Boardman. The police recovered the vehicle in Warren. I had to get a release from the clerk of courts, in order to achieve. I had to stop at the towing company and retrieve my insurance card. My first time seeing my car and everything missing. Very, very upsetting. The man behind the counter remained well mannered even though I would say I was less than. $160 for the tow bill. Little pricey for a tow. Didn't get winched out or anything. City impound they charge the max they can I guess. Shame I had to pay to retrieve... read full review

Nicest guys on Earth for dealing with recovering an impounded car. I was a third party to helping someone get their car out of impound, and these guys gave me a thorough education on the process. Very informative.
