My mother is 85 yrs old, her furnace quit working on 1/23 first thing that morning. I called several companies and no one could come out for days. I called Best and told them the situation, they came out a few hours later and got it up and running. Riley was very professional and took care of the problem in no time. We were very pleased with the service.
Big shout out to Steve! My ac unit wasn’t working come to find out it was the air handler that I didn’t even know what it was in my garage. I had other companies come out - one guy worked on it for 30 minutes then took the next hour calling around for prices only to present me with a $10,798 quote. The other guy said it was my capacitor or compressor in the ac unit (can’t remember) and need to order parts and would let me know when it comes in (in about a week). So Steve saved my life. Y’all know Ohio got that humid sticky hot weather in the summer so I’m so happy not to have to do deal with heat rashes. 🙃
They recently installed a new furnace and air conditioner. Very professional and their prices couldn’t be matched. Highly recommend!!
