I called today to make an appointment for my new puppy and was told they couldn't give me anything for 6 weeks. When I asked why so long the girl said," well we haven't seen this pet". I said I had just been in there in a september with my other dog and she said that makes no difference. When I asked to speak to a supervisor she said they were all gone. All gone at 2:05 in the afternoon when they are open until 10:00 P Update: I called and spoke to Andrea, who I've known from taking my other dog to them and got an appointment within a week. Toby has had his Neuter here and loved the staff. The difference in the price for his surgery was over $300 less at Town and Country. So, we are going to Dr Drotar and she is great.“
