I own a business that was severely impacted by a tornado. I called Frost to come out to look at it. Their schedule did not allow for them to fix the roof themselves (a testament to the demand for their work). They knew this before the visit but still came out to offer guidance and expertise on what I needed done. Customer service like this is virtually non-existent anymore. This gesture by them should be recognized and commended.
