I saw Alyson yesterday for a new extension install. Everything about my experience was wonderful. I was warmly greeted as soon as I walked in. I noticed the beverage area was stocked with yummy choices (I chose not to have one but did notice that). There is an attention to detail at pH5 that made all of it feel so luxurious…from the shampoo in beautiful matching glass pump bottles, to the live plants, to the gold accents around the station area. This is the most physically comfortable my scalp has ever been the day after an extension install (it’s usually tender but not this time??) , and I’m really loving my new hair! I will definitely be back to pH5 Salon! ☺️

Today, Alyson from ph5 Salon gave me a new hair style and I couldn't be happier. She spent the time and discussed the options with me as she was cutting my hair. She made great suggestions and helped me transition from a very old hairstyle to a new and updated look. I am so glad that I went to see Alyson today- she ia amazing!

It’s not always easy fixing someone else’s mistakes. I went in for a color correction. Jillian did an amazing job on my highlights. My hair after the toner did not quite come out as expected. Jillian and Alyson both were fantastic when it came to this. Explained colors and formulas in terms I could understand and changed up what was needed. They went above and beyond to make sure I walked out the door with what I wanted. It turned out better than I could have expected.
