“Overall great job. Very quick once we got there but the wait was 67 minutes when I logged on to check him in online. I never did receive a text stating it was time to come in So we just kind of went and hoped for the best. The receptionist was a little bit on the spacy side and couldn't quite comprehend that my son was not my daughter. She called him Maggie which is my daughter. He's 16, 6'3 with hair past his shoulders however he looks nothing, I repeat, nothing like a female. He had never been there to that store before but my daughter had so I think she was just a little confused. He and i laughed and just moved on. Haircut was decent...I mean...it's 20 bucks so I don't expect too much however I will admit she did well.:)“

“Loved this place! The prices are great - and very reasonable. The atmosphere is friendly and always buzzing with activity when I'm there. The staff is super friendly and are always engaging with customers. You can tell there are regulars, and the staff know them by name; greeting them with a friendly "hello" and their name. This shows great customer service and love for the customer base. ? The space is clean and open, so you don't feel on top of everyone. My hair was done very well and I can't wait to return. ❤️“
