Overall great job. Very quick once we got there but the wait was 67 minutes when I logged on to check him in online. I never did receive a text stating it was time to come in So we just kind of went and hoped for the best. The receptionist was a little bit on the spacy side and couldn't quite comprehend that my son was not my daughter. She called him Maggie which is my daughter. He's 16, 6'3 with hair past his shoulders however he looks nothing, I repeat, nothing like a female. He had never been there to that store before but my daughter had so I think she was just a little confused. He and i laughed and just moved on. I get great service and cut in here whenever I go and get Rhianna to do my cut- at other times when I've gone with other stylists in there I've had meh to bad cuts but she always listens and gets my hair just the way I like it and cut with no mistakes! Reccomend going here just for her!

Daniela was an amazing stylist. She took her time and listened carefully, not only did she do a wonderful haircut but also had a nice conversation with her. Great experience. 10/10 would recommend.
