tried installing a remote program on my system and totally messed it up. Called Computer Surgeon as I recently moved to Wadsworth. They were able to access my system remotely, fixed the problem quickly and installed a security program. It was done within 30 minutes, the tech who helped was patient and understanding. Asked about cost and told it would be sent. Today the bill arrived, completely amazed at the more than reasonable cost. I will recommend them to anyone who will listen and will always use them on a computer issue.

I had an issue with my computer that I couldn't figure out. I took it to computer surgeon and it got fixed. Javan was nice and really good at explaining what his next step was and asking if I wanted them to try the next step. The price was very fair and I am happy with the result. If I have issues in the future I will return.

Our hard drive had an issue, it was very important for us to retrieve all the photos and videos, it got fixed here with a very reasonable price, I believe if I have had to try BestBuy not only it would have cost me double but also it would have taken way longer time. We appreciate their work!
