I called a few local companies to take a look at a potential problem at my house. He was the first to respond and take a look at it. He was prompt and really nice. Seemed like a really good guy. The issue turned out to be minor and cheap. I definitely appreciate the honesty. I'll definitely call him again if I believe I have a problem.
