Owners are on top of getting new freight constantly, Safety is on top of any current changes in the trucking industry. Excellent Equipment, Volvos and Peterbilts, their technicians are very knowledgeable and will go beyond their job to keep you rolling! No company is perfect but I can say they listen and roll you as much as they can and communication with dispatch is essential..
We were in the trotwood tornado and one side of our fence was blown down. I love gardening so my flower bed among other things took a hit. But Hess installed our orig fence about 15 years ago. There workmanship is impeccable! We called them again to replace one side of our fence and they said they were booked up. But thank God and the Hess team. Our fence was installed much sooner than expected with the same professionalism 15 years ago!
