Be sure not to show up late for your appointment to unload, or they'll make u wait 16 hours. Showed up 15 minutes late, paperwork said 3 was the cut off, apparently it's 2:30. Office said it would be fine, but a guy was more than happy to stomp that out. 2:45 was too late, and I was told to come back at 6. Is what it is. No overnight parking. If you ignore gps and stay on s brown road to little York, you'll have to go through a narrow bridge on york, which is all truck accessible, it will save you a ton of time. It's kind of a steep downgrade at the end of brown. Good luck

I am SO DISAPPOINTED in this company, my home was cobbled together, it’s been 2 years and I still can’t get my floors fixed that they put in wrong and gorilla glued down as a patch and now is coming up and cracking, no follow through, poor customer service, I have reached out to higher levels and still no response…I do not recommend this company

Very informative factory tour. Multiple employees were on hand to answer questions. They were so accommodating and took their time explaining each step and how the process works. No sales pitch involved. After the factory tour, it's quite helpful to then visit some of the model homes next to the sales office in New Carlisle.
