These guys are absolutely the BEST! Very knowledgeable and professional, and their level of customer service is almost unheard of these days. My roof lost some shingles in a severe storm at the end of July. I contacted 3 companies and decided on Roof America. I received a text from the insurance adjuster saying they would only pay to replace the a portion of the roof, so I immediately contacted Roof America and provided the adjuster's contact info. Earn contacted the adjuster right away, and called me less than an hour later to let me know that the insurance company was going to pay for a brand new roof! I could contact either one of these gentlemen anytime I had a question throughout the process and either Earn or Perry would return my calls or texts within a matter of minutes usually, and never more than a couple hours. They are reliable and extremely customer service oriented, and they're involved every step of the way. They showed up as scheduled, started the job just before 8:00 a.m., took a half hour lunch, and were completely finished tearing off the old roof and installing the new one - including a very thorough clean up job - and gone by 2:30 p.m.!! I HIGHLY recommend this company if you are looking for a roofer, or any work that they do. As far as I'm concerned, their reliability, customer service, work ethic, pricing, and job quality is the best I've seen in a long time!

Our experience with Roof America was beyond exceptional! We sustained roof, siding and gutter damage on our home due to a fallen tree. Unfortunately, our insurance company offered a small percentage of the actual repair costs with a take it or leave it attitude. Our adjuster proposed a partial "patch repair" which would have left us with unmatched shingles and siding, leaving not only an unsightly result but also loss of our remaining roof warranty. Left frustrated and vulnerable to a system we didn't understand, as well as frantic at the likelihood of losing substantial value to our home, we felt defenseless against the insurance company. We contacted Roof America who protected our best interests, working diligently to protect our rights as homeowners. Not only are they skilled workers, but they are also amazing at navigating the process and system to ensure their clients receive fair and complete repairs of their property. It is refreshing to find a trustworthy professional in an age when the behavior of many are dishonest and unscrupulous. I believe the innocence of our 6 year old grandson summed it up when he referred to Earn and Perry of Roof America as "a part of our family." Thank you, Earn, Perry, Nicole and crews, you touched our home with great skill and expertise, you touched our hearts with genuine kindness.
