“Brian has a spot-on work ethic and a solid way of going about PC repairs. I brought in three separate PCs and a box of parts; it was a NIGHTMARE. I expected him to turn me away as all of them were in different stages of builds, and I was overwhelmed.But, he accepted the challenge lile it was I had brought him a fun Lego set to build. He told me (even though one was halfway built from an acquaintance of mine) that he would take them all apart, and start from scratch after cleaning them, before assembling the final product. “Outstanding place. I ordered a new NVMe SSD online and forgot to get a M2 screw as well to hold it down on my motherboard. I ran around all of Dayton looking for a place to purchase said screw. Couldn't find anywhere that was selling them. I found Terabyte online, gave them a call, explained my situation and they were fully willing to give me a M2 screw free of charge! It was such a relief to know they had them and were willing to be so kind. Hard to find people like that now-a-days let alone a business.I will definitely be going back to them for my future PC troubleshooting or install needs.
