Tremell was filling in for my mom’s regular aide. She was put in a difficult situation as my mom became very sick that day. Tremell, without hesitation realized the severity of the situation, located a phone number of a family member, relayed the information to us so we could make an informed decision to send her to the ER for treatment. Job well done.
