“We had our roof redone in 2014 by Castle. It was done in a single day. There was no hard selling, no pressure, and their quote was very reasonable. Cut to June of 2025, over a decade later; we had a particularly rough windstorm blast through and several spots were damaged. I contacted Castle honestly not expecting much. “If you want quality service, this is the company to call. When we were looking for roofing/ gutter repair, we called three companies. The other companies tried to sell us new gutters and even used scare tactics about future problems we might have with our roof. When we called Campbell's, they came out and explained the problems and showed us our options. That was last year. Fast forward to this year. “I will use one word to describe our experience with JRR Home Improvements: OUTSTANDING!!!

They did a project running home in our neighborhood. Everything looked great so I asked the neighbors about the company and they had all positive things to say. So we asked them for a quote on replacing the cement fiber board siding on our home. We had issues with the original siding because it was not installed properly. This resulted in the siding, vibrating during storms and heavy winds. The rattling noise could be heard inside the house.

We received other quotes, but I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with how thorough JRR was. They documented everything with photos and even identified issues with the existing cement fiber board which should be covered by the manufacturers warranty. No other companies were this thorough.

We were able to successfully submit a warranty claim for the defective siding and have JRR replace all of the siding with a higher quality product. They took the time to do everything right. They did not cut any corners and made sure everything was perfect. When removing the old siding, it was discovered that house wrap was missing in several areas under the existing siding. JRR installed new house wrap over all areas at no additional cost, even though this was not included in our contract. Their thought was, if it was necessary to make sure the job was done properly, then they were going to do it, no questions asked!

They were very meticulous about all of the details involved in the job and made sure we were happy with everything before we gave our final payment.

We have waited to confirm that all of our problems we had before are now gone before leaving this review. We’ve had several storms and several windy days since JRR completed our project and no more vibrations! We are happy to say that JRR solved all of the problems!

Finally, an honest company that takes pride in their quality of work. We HIGHLY recommend them. Thanks JRR!

“Apex did a FANTASTIC job with our roof and gutter repairs after the 2017 tornado in Beavercreek, Ohio. Zack (Apex) went to battle for us, showed a second adjuster the damage the first adjuster didn’t note which ultimately led to our insurance company approving the claim.

Flash forward to 2025, we thought we had developed a small roof leak adjacent to a cooling vent in our second floor ceiling. Zack (Apex) promptly responded to our request to inspect the roof as a potential warranty claim. Ultimately we isolated the issue down to condensation from our air conditioner and NOT the roof. Zack was awesome and took the opportunity to inspect the roof, siding, and gutters while on our roof and thank goodness there were ZERO issues.
