Just like any other place that the general public is not allowed, go hang out here when you feel the need to leave your own stinky little nest and see some other gross, boring walls but don't want to have to deal with people. He was on time- pleasant, and very polite. We appreciated the shoe covers that he wore to keep our floors clean. In addition he found that our thermostat software was outdated and causing problems with the heating cycle, so he took the time to update it; downloaded the app on my phone and showed me how to use it properly. “Lang is a good company to call. I used them before and they listened to what I wanted done. This time my AC wasn’t blowing air and I knew it was one of two things. The tech came out i wasn’t home and my wife was. He found out that it was the resistor and not the motor.i was so impressed with the Techs honestly knowing he could have told my wife anything. There aren’t many companies who are honest and respect their customers. I will be using Lang again in the future.“
