Noticed my AC wasn't getting any more than mildly cool over the memorial day weekend. Called Jim's on Tuesday, they had a tech out to diagnose same day. Unfortunately my 27 year old unit was dead. They gave me a very, very reasonable quote and said they could schedule me as soon as Friday for a total replacement. I opted to do the following Monday as that worked better for my schedule.Monday late morning the van was backing into my driveway and they were done around 4 PM. Went from a 2.5 ton to a 3 ton AC unit. 20 minutes after turning it on, my house had dropped 2 degrees.
