“Woke up to a hot water tank break….freaked out…who to call??? Called Medina Heating and Cooling(remembered our service man telling us they also did plumbing)called at eight sharp, return call by 8:30….tech was here by nine …assessed the situation….(can fix today!!!)tank was shot… called in to assistant about what was needed…. He brought everything with him…except shut off valve…needed because new tank was higher and needed all the previous plumbing reworked…went and got a new shut off valve)both guys were excellent , felt like we had family working on it for us( never mind they both looked to be twenty…yes my husband and I are 55 and 61 respectively) got everything redone by 1:15 and within an hour have hot water again….price was fair… quality of service was beyond excellent…. Don’t overlook them for help…..excellent experience!!!! And great to know that not only is our furnace and air in good hands, so is our water tank…..thankful thanks !!!!!!!“

“I personally had a very good experience with the service I received from Olmsted Heating & Cooling. Three months ago they installed a new furnace and hot water tank all on the same day. They also just serviced my AC unit. They are honest and very reasonably priced. The worker, who did all the work for both jobs, was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He did also ask if I had any questions or concerns before he left. I appreciate the good, old-fashioned service without any hassles.“

“I can't say enough about this company and it's staff. I am a disabled veteran and my furnace stopped working. I made a call and they did everything they could to work me in their busy schedule. Once the tech got into it he found that a bird had gotten into the furnace causing major problems. He suggested that the vent pipe be covered this would prevent this from happening again. I mentioned that I had chicken wire and he got it and enclosed the vent. I will be forever grateful to the technician for his help.“
