“When i say RUN don’t walk to this salon… i mean it. I go to CWRU and have never gotten my hair done anywhere other than home (New Jersey). My family moved from NJ to NC recently, so I haven't able to get my hair done back at Jersey. I’ve been getting my hair dyed since 8th grade and hair is very important to me and I would say I’m pretty picky of what I want and it’s very easy for me to dislike hair. I was recommended this hair salon by my sister ( who also goes to CWRU) and I was very skeptical. There has never been a time where I liked BOTH my haircut and color; there was always one that was messed up ( either i hated the color bc it was too light or dark or the haircut was messed up). It’s been 8 months since i’ve gotten my hair done bc i haven’t gone back home to my regular salon and ngl I was very scared. I got my hair done my Olena. She is super sweet and down to earth!! I was showing her some inspiration pics and I was showing her different hair colors i was interested in and asked for her opinion in which would match me the most. She gave her honest opinion and obviously I went with it. When she was preparing the bleach, she came back with some pictures of previous hair she’s done and random pictures she found online of what she thought would look good on me and not make me look too washed out. She did that during the whole hair process until it was time for toning and she wanted to make sure I left the salon with a smile on my face( I think she found 15+ photos and had me give her feedback on what i liked and disliked about them). She ended up doing a combination of hair inspo pics she found and what I wanted and let me say MY JAWS DROPPED when she showed me the result. I’ve never gotten a root smudge before and let me say after olena did a root smudge for me I was shocked at the blending and just my hair in general. Then it was time for my haircut (I was super nervous bc most of the haircuts i’ve gotten in the past have made me upset ). She didn’t let me peak at my hair until she was done and that made me even more nervous. When she was done and did a reveal…. i’ve never been so happy and felt so confident in MY LIFE. Let me say I’ve been Vasified by studio vasi and Olenified by olena herself!!!“

I literally cried from joy when she finished my hair because I didn’t know someone could actually understand what I wanted, my hair to look like. But she did! “Susayn did a beautiful job on my hair. I have never had color that I liked so much. It’s gorgeous. I’m a dark brunette but I wanted some dimension without looking too blond, boy did she achieve that! I also got extensions done by her. The hair she uses is high quality, the extensions don’t feel or look heavy and they feel good on my scalp. I’m an avid extension wearer (had extensions for four years with no breaks) she is the best installer I’ve had this far. My head not hurting for three days after the install was a revelation! I also got a cut done by her. I showed her a picture and I’m not kidding she did the exact cut in the picture. That has never happened in all my years of going to stylists. Susayn’s a triple threat. I’ve never met a stylist who is an expert at all three: color, cut, and extensions. If you want to be hot go to her. Seriously, my husband couldn’t take his eyes off me when I got home. “I was referred to Linda by my aunt after I had just moved into the area and desperately needed a haircut. I was long overdue and I didn't have any time to schedule a haircut while I was moving from out of state until I finally got to my new home. I was also very worried about finding someone who would be as good as my old hairdresser who I have been seeing for 12 years! Linda was amazing when it came to her expertise on seeing how my old haircut grew out and knew more or less what I wanted to achieve by asking me some questions and checking in to see if I wanted to go shorter before she proceeded. She was very fast but not sloppy and I was quite impressed that she knew how to work with my fine but wavy hair. I was extremely happy with the end result and love love love how my haircut turned out! I appreciate that you also get a shampoo and blowdry style included in the price, which is very reasonable. The salon was also nicely decorated and clean. I will definitely be going back to Beauty and Grace Salon. If you do decide to go I would ask for Linda. She is very nice and friendly too.“

“I’m from out of town and came to visit based on reviews and distance . I was very pleased with my hair results , color on point . I actually forgot I was at a hair salon because after a few minutes , you start to feel like you’re a guest in someone’s home . The ladies make you feel so comfortable and welcome. My hairdresser was Sophia ( as I recall ) she’s is pregnant I found out later , because in hindsight- she was moving about and doing my tedious hair in her 3 rd trimester - plus talking to me like we were old friends - what a trooper ! The work she done is incredible and unmatched.I was going to The Lash Lounge overpaying for what I was receiving and still wasn’t happy with the results. I decided to check out this place bc it was closer to home and the prices were better than LL.I can tell how passionate Gina is about her work because she is very thorough and takes the time to educate during the process.I made a mistake by going to another lash tech in Cleveland bc it was a bit cheaper but ended up getting chemical burn and just not even close to what I wanted at all. Gina was able to get me in to have them removed quickly. I definitely learned a lesson-paying less for lashes isn’t always a good move. Gina’s prices are absolutely perfect for what she provides-top tier services. I will only book with Gina bc she is the only one that I trust!!“
