terrible company when they first came to spray the person only sprayed 1 little area and after I paid they NEVER came back but kept charging me when I tried to cancel they never cancelled it and they took money from my banking account to cancel for a service I didn’t use I hate this company they are very tricky. I recommend orchid. terminex is terrible!!!!

Beware the sales people will lie and you will be locked into a contract that you can't cancel without paying for the whole contract off We have had nothing but issues with billing and 3 times no they don't show up for appointments. The managers at this location is worthless they will never call you back or help you so do yourself a favor and call anyone else

We got scammed by Terminix. Please do not use this company. The inspector came to our house to give us a quote to remove some birds nesting in our attic. He quoted us $1,600, a huge amount, but we were desperate because the birds were waking up our houseguests. When the workers came to do the work, they informed us that they were unable to remove the birds. After 4 lengthy phone calls, Terminix still would not issue a refund and I had to go through my credit card company to get the money back. We then realized that we had signed a year contract for an additional service. The inspector had said we could cancel at any time, but it was a lie! I had to cancel my credit card... read full review
