Adam and Rachel (and team) have been great to deal with over my various projects. They have been my go to flooring store! With our recent home update, Rachel went out of our way to find and match a carpet specific to our style and needs to tie into our last update. She found us exactly what we were looking for! 10⭐️ We HIGHLY recommended Simply Flooring& Fireplace. Our fireplace hasn’t been working correctly since we moved in we’ve had issues on and off. Simply Flooring & Fireplace prioritized us and made there way to Findlay to resolve the issue. After evaluating the fireplace they discovered it had been taken apart and the pilot light had been cracked when putting it back together. Simply Flooring & Fireplace not only found the issue and ordered the parts but they also cleaned the whole system re painted it and made it looking brand new before leaving. When they came back out shortly after the part came in they quickly installed the new pilot light piece made sure it was working as well as the remote and blower and had it all out back together in less then a half hour. As they where leaving I had asked a questions about my garage heater and with out me knowing they stopped into the garage inspected and fired up the heater then knocked on the door to let me know hey it’s working. I was blown away, not expecting that at all they made my family and I feel like their own family. We have always received great advice and guidance from Adam and Rachel for our heating needs. Bought a DS a few years back and have only dealt with Simply since then. They always greet us as though we are friends and give us the most honest advice, even if it costs them a sale!
