Our sweet Sophie was paralyzed in an accident in another state and we needed a follow up appointment in Ohio. Dr Mallory and the staff at LWAH were so compassionate and caring! We appreciated Dr Mallorys honesty in this critical situation. Unfortunately Sophie did not survive the injury and LWAH helped her cross the rainbow bridge with love and dignity. We are very grateful
I love this place. Every time my pets need something they are on it, they schedule me asap if it's important, and they always have prescriptions ready on time. They are caring, nice, and the pricing is fair. I have yet to have an issue with any of their services. Just a good solid business to bring your pets to.
Really nice place. The staff was very nice, and caring. My little girl who's 13, I had to have her euthanized. They let us have as much time as we needed. Only thing that got me was I had to make appointment and she had suffered since 5 am til 11 am. It just tore me up. Her ashes will be with me in a week ?.
This is the place I would bring my other dogs, for sure. Thank you
