I've been with TheKey now for four years. This is one of the best home health care companies I have worked for. Weekly pay , EXCELLENT bosses and always a helping hand. No matter what I've faced in my personal life they have helped me in so many ways so that it doesn't effect my day to day at work. Nai was incredible during her shift when my mom finally passed away. She kept me company and helped the hospice staff change mom and prepare her. She was such comfort. ALL my other Key staff were amazing as well with particular emphasis on this for Shawntee and Marguerite. They are absolutely wonderful people and caregivers. Please pass these compliments on to them. Thank you for your help. There is no better home care.
My mother-in-law passed away and her funeral was in a different state. Her husband has severe dementia and we needed help with him during the three day travel/funeral trip. The Key was extremely helpful in helping us manage my father-in-law. The caregivers were excellent! Bary and Kevinae (sp?) were both caring and kind hearted. I highly recommend The Key!
