The customer service at Clothing Care is outstanding. We've been clients at the Upper Arlington location for several years and have appreciated the professional service we've received. Danielle, store manager, goes out of her way to help and answer any questions we have. The pick up and delivery driver is reliable and dependable as well. A great team and a great company. AND our clothes are happy!
I have been a customer here for approximately 3 years. I am completely satisfied with the service here and will not take my clothing anywhere else. Danielle's customer service is at the 5 star level!
I've taken my comforter here a couple of times now and don't have any complaints. I've only ever seen one employee working at a time, but each has been super friendly. Prices are pretty competitive and as a bonus for me I've had coupons from the Entertainment Book making it even more affordable. Plus, they put my comforter in a really nice storage bag with a zipper that I'll be able to use over and over.
