Professionals in their name says it all. They have their act together. My appointment was May 14th, amid all the COVID precautions. They texted me while I waited in my car (about 1 minute) to tell me they were ready and to come in. They took my temp in the hallway before entering the office. They were very careful inside to make sure anything I needed to touch was properly cleaned and everyone wore a mask, including me. Dr. Travis and the technician were as pleasant as always. I am 100% pleased.
I have worn contact lenses for over 50yrs. I have been to many eye care professionals during that time. Recently I was recommended to this group and I am overwhelmed at the difference. From the first phone call to the receptionist, the eye tech and Dr Curtis, the treatment was so caring and professional. I had to have many trials to get what I needed and I never had the feeling that I put anyone out. It was truly amazing. 10 stars plus out of 10 all the way around.... including the phone call to finally place the order. Dr Curtis is amazing and so is the staff I encountered.
