Summa Health Green Urgent Care

I love them, and not a single one of them ever smells like beef noodles! ?Seriously though, any time I get sick this is the only place I actually want to go! I get ear infections and respiratory issues a bit, every time I go they're quick to take care of me and they are very knowledgeable. They are always extremely kind and nice. I'm usually in & out and have a prescription that helps with my medical ailment.

"Billing Issue and Lack of Communication"I visited Summa Urgent Care last year(2023) for my symptoms. The initial service was prompt, but I later received an unexpected bill for an “experimental” test that my insurance didn't cover. Despite the testing company's efforts to communicate with Summa Urgent Care, there still has been no response. It would have been helpful if I had been informed about the possibility of test cost denial during my visit.

I took my son in today... and it was our very first time there. We had a wonderful experience. Lori at the front desk was chatting my son up, who was feeling so bad as she also drives his bus sometimes for Green. She made us feel so welcome and cared for. She deserves a raise. Then we met Amanda the nurse who was so sweet and kind to me and my son. She made me feel heard and showed instant concern for my son. Lastly, we met Krista the nurse practioner. She took her time checking him out and advised she would be sure to get him feeling better. This is probably the best urgent care experience I ever had. Grateful to the women we all saw today.
