It turned out to be a great decision. Carl came out and within an hour found the problem and set me up with a Skylight replacement for a reasonable price. Joel came out to install the skylight and he was great as well. Even took extra time to go back and make sure we got the right shingles to match. Any time we had to change times for appointments or anything like that I was able to text them which was extremely convenient. Both of the guys were extremely friendly and professional and I wouldn’t hesitate at all to have them come back out for any other roofing issues. Thank you guys!“

This was a fairly big job and they were done in about a day and a half, sometimes working thru a mild rain. The cleanup was Meticulous! Jeremy later planned a walkabout with us to make sure we were completely satisfied. And, we definitely were! The new roof adds so much to enhance the beauty of our home. What a difference it makes! One of the crew even showed up the next day to double-check any caulking issues because of the mild rain, just to be sure it was buttoned up tight. “I dont have a big house so my roof isnt very big but the guys came 7am and started until they were completely done which was 8pm. The guys were so great at everything, Juan did great as a supervisor and after they finished they made sure everything was cleaned up. The whole yard, the side of the house, not a blade of grass out of place. The next day a different guy came out to make sure the roof looked good and basically did quality inspection which was so re-assuring. Highly recommend!!!“

“We had an excellent experience with J&J Roofing. we had storm damage from a windstorm that affected several shingles on our roof. Brad stayed with us while we went back-and-forth with the insurance company to get the roof replaced. A new claims rep for the insurance company fell weeks behind in deciding claims but Brad never stopped communicating with them. Our house has a roof that took two days to re-shingle. The J&J roofers came early in the morning and worked into the evening, even when it started to rain and they had to put a temporary cover on it until the rain stopped. They are a very trustworthy company which does excellent roof work. We highly recommend them.“
