“Highly recommend you go here for any massage, dry needling and cupping. Michelle and Shanna are amazing at what they do! I have had pain in my right lower back for probably 2 years and it was sometimes crippling. I am way to young to have these problems. I saw multiple chiropractors and multiple massage therapists. Everything helped but nothing made the pain go away. I had one visit with Michelle and told her my problem area. She knew the exact muscle group and went to work. “i spent several visits at Omni Therapy Group. a friend recommended them as i was dealing with a knee injury! the service provided was truly 5 star. from the moment i walked in, i knew i was at the right place. i was quickly checked in, after a short wait, i was sent back where i was looked over by a specialist. a 2nd specialist came in and also looked over my injury. the instructions and advice, was easily understood and i was quite relieved! top notch place that i am impressed with :)“

“possible appendicitis leak; long er waiting. going on 10 hours now. placed in glass enclosure with very ill/coughing people. one very rude staff as observed with us and 2 other patients. observed one older man walk out with heart symptoms, after being told he had a 12 hour wait. your should have staffed your hospitals here before building a billion dollar facility next to Buckingham Palace. when I feel better, will write more. thank you.“

“Very professional, everybody I encountered was very kind and friendly. Even when I arrived and was outside in a wheel chair while the car was being parked a gentleman who had clearly clocked out for the day and was heading out to go home asked if I needed some help and gladly wheeled me inside without hesitation right to the front desk. I thought that was very generous of him and thanked him many of times. Overall great experience was treated kindly straight to the point and got amazing care.“

“I had an appointment for MRI and tons of Xrays. I am completely satisfied from the check-in thru to check out. It's rare at any business to see everyone smiling and pleasant. They were eager to help. I accidentally got dropped off at the wrong entrance. Instead of me having to walk all the way around the outside of the building, the girls at emergency stat care entrance got me a wheelchair and pushed me thru just to help me out. I wouldn't have made it on my cane. I was struggling. They even helped me to sign in at kiosk. When they called my name, it went smooth throughout this whole process. Thank you soo much. I was having a little anxiety as this is my first time with Aultman.(imaging) They did everything to make me comfortable. Its alot when im already in alot of pain. Then after check out i was given another wheelchair ride to the exit. Everyone still smiling. I love it here already. Thanks ladies. I will be back“

“I don't understand the poor reviews.My mom is here, and is very well cared for. Mom is mid-late stage Alzheimers, wheelchair/bed bound. Sponge bath every morning and evening, followed by fresh clothes/ pajamas. Two showers per week. Fresh bedding every day.Great activities, great one on one time. All nurses, aides, and staff are friendly and caring.Sometimes a bit slow, but they're understaffed (like everyone else).Food is good. Place is older, but they clean constantly.This is mom's 4th place, and by far, the best.Davette, Kathy, Mary, and Pi are all awesome! I wish I could remember the others' names, but I haven't met anyone who wasn't kind and caring.“
