“Second visit second perm...100% happy! Jaimie if spelled wrong I am sorry was GREAT! and I love my perm and how she did it! But what I really want to say is how impressed I was at how Miss Betty was treated!!! Miss Betty turned 100 the week before my visit, I learned when she walked in thanks to her stylist caring enough to ask how her birthday was. Her stylist Lori was so very warm, sweet and accommodating with Miss Betty. She truly cared about Miss Betty and respected her. She made sure Miss Betty was steady when she had to walk, and comfortable sitting. She showed she cared about Miss Betty and kept her engaged in great conversation. To see one of our senior members treated with such respect and care reaffirmed why the ENTIRE team at Cost Cutters in Uniontown are ROCK STARS! I work with seniors and disabled daily, and not always do people treat them correctly so to see other professionals in the service industry embracing that mannerism made my heart feel good. I will always be a client there not only because they are all very talented, but because of their above and beyond attitude. Never change! It matters even when you don't know it does!“
